Who we are...
We started our business in 2003, laundering linen for the medical industry. Since then we have grown to work in many other industries throughout Alberta. We believe in getting to know our customers and their business so that we can build personalized linen and mat programs that work best for them.

What's in a name?
We often get asked where our name comes from.
Our company is an extension of our family. The name, Mawhitey, is in honour of my father. In his neighbourhood he was known for his impeccable white clothing, which he wore everyday, from head to toe. He was affectionately known by everyone as “Mzee Mawhitey” which is Swahili for Mr. White. We proudly named our company, Mawhitey Linen Services, after him.
